Hello,
thank you for help here: WICED Sence Kit
whatever you provided it worked for me but i am facing some issue as mention below:-
1.Connection:-
I am able to program WICED Sense Kit with inbuilt__ "/WICED-Smart-SDK/Apps/wiced_sense" but connection getting lost after some short period of time what may be the problem.
FYI: I am using USB power only and not pressed BOOT_ROM button.
2.MAC Address:-
After building inbuilt "/WICED-Smart-SDK/Apps/wiced_sense" into WICED Sense Kit I am getting different MAC address than pre-built app how come?
3.OTA support:-
Did OUT OF BOX WICED Sense Kit had OTA Support?
Thanks & Regards,

hello sagarpatild
MAC address depends on system. it will be different (random generated) MAC address for different computer system through which you download the firmware. it makes sense to get different MAC address when you load firmware from your computer
can you please elaborate 3 more ??
Regards
Sid

Hello.
1.
I'm not sure why you lose connection.
Perhaps it's because of connection idle timer on WICED Sense kit.
Have you tried using its peer mobile app to connect instead of gatttool?
2.
Do you get random BD address every time you program?
Or did the address change just once from inbuilt program after you programmed it?
If the latter is the case, then what Sid R said answers why.
3.
If I remember correctly, the WICED Sense kit has built in support for OTA.
I remember I was able to do it with the Android app. I'm sure iOS supports same feature.

hi rsiddhanth,
2.MAC Address:-
as first time i used WICED Sense Kit which was having inbuilt program was showing something like this:-
LE Scan ...
10:B2:75:34:91:A6 WICED Sense Kit
10:B2:75:34:91:A6 (unknown)
but after i programed it changed to:-
LE Scan ...
20:73:7A:1F:9C:25 WICED Sense Kit
20:73:7A:1F:9C:25 (unknown)
3.OTA support:-
Did OUT OF BOX WICED Sense Kit had OTA Support?
I am trying to ask that when we get new WICED Sense Kit is it supports OVER THE AIR upgrade.
because in WICED Sense Kit firmware there is a option of disabling OTA support.
Thanks and Regards,
SAGAR PATIL.
