Do you explain the meaning, default value, unit of each items?

     1. PCS_TX_SWING_LOW

     2. PCS_TX_SWING_FULL

Here are some explanations form wikipedia.

You can use CyU3PUsbSetTxSwing and CyU3PUsbSetTxDeemphasis to adjust these values if you want.
