psoc 4 35bga package supported?

Hi

The PSoC 4 44 pin package is what we are currently using and wish to go to a smaller package if possible so I looked on the datasheet and found the 35 WLCSP package. But there is a footnote in the datasheet that I have Document Number: 001-87197 Rev. *J that says "The following packages are supported: 48-pin TQFP, 44-pin TQFP, 40-pin QFN, and 28-pin SSOP." but it states nothing about the 35 bga package. Is this a supported package?

Hi,

This seems to be a miss when the document was updated. 35 WLCSP is supported. Kindly check datasheet table Table 41. PSoC 4200 Family Ordering Information to see parts with WLCSP package.
