Fastest 3.3V QSPI Nor Flash

I want to use the fastest 3.3V QSPI Nor Flash avalable.

Can you please suggest on PN?

I prefer a device with size of 128MB if available...

Thank you for contacting Cypress Semiconductor

The fastest QSPI available is the S70FL01GS (128MB) FLASH memory device.

Please launch the URL attached directly below, and refer to page 12, Section 11,

as it will detail the package type, material set, temperature grade, model number,

and packing type ordering options.  In regards to the speed grade, please select

"AG" for 133MHz, as it is the fastest speed option.
