Hello

They plan to write the HEX file to the internal Flash of CY7C65219-40LQXI using ROM Writer.

But, Is there a Document like “CYPD_Programming_Specification” for the CCGx series?

Best Regards

Hello Arai-san,

DMC (CY7C65219-40LQXI) also follows the same SWD programming procedure as the DMC controller in HX3PD so the programming specification that can be followed is- https://www.cypress.com/file/479596/download

Please note that the Silicon ID will be different and can be obtained from the DMC datasheet.

Best Regards,
Sananya

Hello Sananya san

Q)

Based on the document, I think it is possible to program HEX files to the internal Flash of CY7C65219  using the SWD pins, and it is possible for a PSoC programmer to program HEX file using Miniprog3, is that correct?

Or is it necessary for the user to create a programming FW according to "4. Programming Algorithm" from an external CPU via the SWD pin?

Hello Arai-san,

Yes, that is correct. The .hex file generated by PSoC Creator can be directly programmed using MiniProg3 on the SWD pins through PSoC Programmer. You could also refer to Page 9 of the DMC datasheet for the same description- https://www.cypress.com/file/402646/download
