PSoC Creator 4.4 Download Not Working Need Assistance

I am using windows 10 and can't download the PSoC Creator 4.4. I can't figure out why this is. I walked with a rep and neither of us could figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.

Let me guess.  You're using Chrome as your browser.

I'm using Chrome and have the same problem.

There's a couple ways I know to get around the problem.

Here's one way:

• Right mouse click over the PSoC Creator 4.4 link
• Select Copy link Address.

• Paste the copied link into the Task bar Address field 
• or into the Address field of the File Explorer. 

The download should be started.  When complete you should have an 4.4 executable.
