I have bought a WICED Sense Kit and installed the SDK and IDE for development. The process for downloading via USB to the device requires switch setting on the board inside the module. How do you take apart the case to get at the board?

Very carefully 🙂
The unit was not designed for development, but since many users leverage it for such, there are some links/docs here (WICED Sense Table of Contents) that refer to breaking it apart to get to the reset button inside (you do not have to do this with the new WICED Sense 2).
When I have done this myself, I have used a very small fine flat head screwdriver (similar to one you would use to tighten eye glasses) to pry the housing apart at the seam.
