i want to design the BCM20736, but i couldn't find schematic in the Datasheet of bcm20736

where can i get the schematic and bom?

The BCM20736 is an SoC

The BCM20736S is a SiP module

A schematic which shows the chip internals for both is not included here on the community.

If you are looking for an eval board schematic, take a look at Hardware User Guide (SDK 2.x and TAG3 Board)​, there is a schematic in the back.  Note that the 20736 and 20737 are identical from a HW perspective.
