Hello Forum!
Our project uses CY8C4248L mcu and we are about to start FCC intentional radiator testing. The Lab we are using is asking for a tool so it will be possible to control channels, power, modes, etc. during the test. What kind of Cypress development sw / tool can we use for that? Third-party dev. tools?
Any advice/link will be greatly appreciated!

Hi Dmitry,
I got it. I was confused after seeing the part number as CY8C4248L and thought it is a non BLE device.
Please go though the KBA from the link below. Using this information, you can set the different power levels, different carrier frequencies to the device.
Test Firmware for PSoC®/PRoC™ BLE RF Certification – KBA220073
Please go through it and kindly update if you need more information.

Hi,
You can use PSoC Creator software and Kitprog/Miniprog programmer and write the firmware accordingly to control the internals of PSoC.
What is the software that you are using for your application development?

Hi Ganesh,
Yes, we have used PSoC Creator software and Pioneer dev kit for the
development of our project. Now, our compliance lab is asking us to provide
a way for them to control radio on the chip: i.e. set the transmitter
channel(s) and power to test our product's compliance with FCC intentional
radiator requirements. Do you know if Cypress provides any special tool for
that (like Renesas BTTS.exe for example)?
