Hello guys.
I tried to debug PSoC 62S2 wifi BT pioneer kit using PSoC Creator via kitprog3, but I failed.

I checked sample program which already written at the factory is working(check UART log and LED flash).

I changed kitprog3 voltage supply setting, but I couldn't solve the problem.

Please give me some advice.

Writing sequence and error message is below.
Writing sequence: Debug -> Select Target and program
Error massage :

My Environment is below.

PSoC Programmer 3.29.0

Thank you.

Hi Kazunori,

Are you using the following kit? Please note that other development kits from Cypress (now Infineon) with WIFI devices present on them needs to be used with Modus Toolbox.

https://www.cypress.com/documentation/development-kitsboards/psoc-6-wifi-bt-pioneer-kit-cy8ckit-062-...

Please try the following steps:

1. Use the mode select button on the kit to bring the kit to Kitprog mode. Please refer Kitprog3 user guide for more information.

https://www.cypress.com/documentation/development-kitsboards/kitprog-user-guide

2. Erase the flash completely and check once. You can use PSoC programmer or Cypress programmer for this.

3. Check if the jumpers are kept in right place on the kit.

I checked sample program which already written at the factory is working(check UART log and LED flash).

Can you please elaborate more on this? Have you tested any code example in PSoC Creator and tried to debug it?

Thanks

Ganesh

Hi Ganesh.

Thank you for your reply.

I have checked the product type and I realized that The board I'm using is PSoC® 62S2 Wi-Fi BT Pioneer Kit (CY8CKIT-062S2-43012).

Sorry, I had been misunderstanding that the board was  PSoC® 6 WiFi-BT Pioneer Kit (CY8CKIT-062-WiFi-BT).

According to your instructions, I tried did some sequence. Then Error massage was gone, But I couldn't write firmware due to I'm using psoc creator.

Now I ordered another development PSoC board which can be written by PSoC Creator.

Thank you.
