According to the DATA sheet of CYW-20706, Left-channel data is transmitted when I2S WS is low, and right-channel data is transmitted when I2S WS is high. Is it correct ?
Our customer says the opposite result is observed.

The description in the datasheet is correct.
Could you let us know how does the customer observe the error?

HOST sends L-channel only data, i.e. all '0' for R-channel.
Then, we check it on peer device(A2DP sink headset).

Does the host act as I2S master? Did the customer check if the host sends data in right format?

The host acts as I2S master. CYW20706 acts as I2S slave.
It looks I2S format is correct.
According to the custommer's report, the audio stream is sent correctlly except L/R channel is wrong.
