Can you please provide more information regarding the application. Assuming that you want to use MiniProg4 as a USB-UART bridge to view data on a serial terminal like Tera Term or Putty, you can just set the appropriate baud rate in the terminal application and you will be able to receive data. MiniProg4 supports UART baud rates of up to 115200. You can refer to MiniProg4 Kit Guide for details regarding this.
