Hello,
Please try the below steps:
1. Uninstall all the drivers bound to the FX3 device:
right click on the device in the device manager-> uninstall device-> check the box that says delete the driver software for this device -> uninstall.
2. reset the device
3. repeat the procedure until the device comes under other devices section.
4. run the batch in the package file provided earlier and reset the device.
Thanks,

Hello,
Try manually binding the device to the driver in FX3 SDK:
1. Right click on the device in the device manager.
2. Select Update driver -> Browse my computer for driver software -> Let me pick from a list of available driver on my computer -> Have Disk -> Browse.
3. Browse to the x86/x64 driver folder, depending on the OS architecture running on the PC in the FX3 SDK.
path: <installation directory>\Cypress\EZ-USB FX3 SDK\1.3\driver\bin\Win10\<os architecture>
and select the cyusb3.inf file.
4. Click OK.
5. Select the proper model
6. Click on Next
Please let me know if you are using a custom board or Superspeed Explorer Kit.
Thanks,
Yatheesh

Hello,
This name should not be an issue.
Please confirm if your OS architecture is 32-bit?
Alternatively, you can try uninstalling all the drivers bound to the FX3 device and then run the dpInstScript batch file by double clicking on it from the attached driver package. This will automatically install the respective driver corresponding to the OS version and architecture.
Thanks,
Yatheesh

Hello,
Please manually load the driver from x64 folder.
Did running the batch file from the attached driver package work?
Thanks,
Yatheesh

Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available.
