I am going to use NOR flash part S25FL512SAGBHVA10 in my design with VCC= 3.3V and VIO=1.8V.

Please provide the maximum current consumption in VIO power supply.

Hello Sakthi,

All Vcc power supply current, Icc(s) in the datasheet also apply to Vio power supply current. Please refer to datasheet (DC Characteristics, page 26.
