To protect sector,
After writing 1 with DYB WRITE COMMAND, DYB STATUS is read to perform Verify.

DYB STATUS can be read correctly.
After that, it does not return to READ MODE.

how to return to read mode?

Please let me know the the command sequence that you followed to write DYB bits and read it back from and verify.

How many devices are showing this behavior, are you observing it with all of the devices that you tested?
