The normal board has a 1.1V waveform, but the abnormal board does not.

Hello,
I understand your board has a Type C connector with FX2LP.
Please let me know what is the difference between the schematics of the normal board and abnormal board.
If there are any difference, please share both the schematics.
Also, if you are not using any Type-C port controllers, and just populating a Rd termination on the board, then the CC lines toggling is initiated only by the host until it finds an Rd termination.
Can you please explain the problem in detail which is observed on both the boards.
