Is there an HDL model for the QSPI interface of a NOR Flash?

I found the list of Simulation Models @ https://www.cypress.com/simulation-models There are IBIS and Verillog models.

I'm specifically interested in an HDL module for 1Gbit S70FL01GS QSPI FLASH .

If, as I suspect a specific HDL model doesn't exist, what alternatives are recommended?

Albert,

Thanks for the single Verilog file.

Are there key differences between the single 1G file attached and two 512M files?

I learned that since this S70FL01GS part is a stack of two 512M devices, two individual 512M Verilog models can also be used.

Verilog models for the 512M version are available on the website https://www.cypress.com/verilog/s25fl512s-verilog

Albert confirmed,

The single file is a packaged version of the two identical files:

     S70FL01GS Verilog model = 2 x FL512S  Verilog models
