Hi,
I am using CY8CKIT-044 and I´ve asociated the pins P1_4 and P1_5 with the input of my opamp but I can´t find this pins in my protoboard, does anyone know why?. I add a picture of the pins diagram of my kit.

I think that it can be used by soldering the wire or external resistor.

TMP05 doesn't seem to shut-down in hardware.
Since the OUT pin of TMP05(U1) outputs PWM according to the temperature by CONV/IN pin,
So, I think this device needs to be removed.

According to the CY8CKIT-044 demo kit schematic,
P1[4] and P1[5] are connected to PWM Temp Sensor.

It is number '19' shown by the yellow circle in the board image above.
