Hi everyone,

I'm new to embedded programming.

I have a question, is it possible to dynamically change the data (read / write pins) in the CYPD3120 controller via USB?

I will be happy if you can help me.

Thank you!

Best regards,

Nazar Melnichek

Hi Nazar Melnichek,

If your question is based on default firmware example in SDK (SDK3.0.2 or CCGx Host SDK3.3.1), the answer is no, it is impossible to dynamically change the data (read / write pins) in the CYPD3120 controller via USB.

Best Regards,

Lisa

Hi Nazar,

This is not only based on USB implementation in the firmware bootloader and application, but also Ez-PD configuration Utility for upgrading.

Hi Liza,

Please confirm whether I understood you correctly.

Can I create my own firmware with the implementation of USB for dynamic data transfer?

Best regards,

Nazar
