Hi,

We bought a cybt-343026 programmer and it failed to install the driver, could you please give us some advice? we are using win7 64 bit and windows xp 32bit system

Are you talking about WICED Module Programmer User Guide – KBA225060​ ?

It should work on your system. Please re-install & follow the steps given in the KBA.

Yes, we are talking about WICED Module Programmer User Guide – KBA225060 ,

when selecting Serial port, it show KitProg Programmer instead of COM port,

we do need a driver for this device.

There is no particular driver needed for programming the module. Make sure your HCI COM port is not open anywhere else. Can you check the configuration mentioned here- Programming CYBT-413034-02-EVAL

I have tested with CYBT-343026 module, it works fine.

Finally I installed PSoC Software - Cypress Semiconductor, then the driver of the programming adaptor 343026-01 automatically installed.

if no driver installed, we can not select corresponding COM port.
