Who do I contact to get the hex/bin file to program this?  Is there any way to get source if any tweeks are needed?

Apparently no one.  These parts have been out for a year and I have asked Qorvo and Cypress questions and for help on getting some code for this design with one response from a Qorvo guy in GB  that asked me what location I was in and then crickets.  Perfect part for the project but no help.  Going to start looking at other solutions for this customer.

For the HEX file, may I know what's part number of CCG3PA on your board?

Could you please kindly contact local Cypress FAE/sales and request them contact Cypress AE team to get the firmware project?
