During industrialization process what is the process to have a MAC address rank for our products?

What is the process to follow? Who is our interface to do this? Broadcom? the provider?

In the SDK documents there is a PDF called WICED-AN800-R-Factory-Programming.pdf that addresses some of the issues relating to mass production of your product.

Depending on the provider of the module or SiP the MAC address can be pre-programmed into the OTP memory of the WLAN device or alternatively the MAC address can be put into the DCT of your WICED based product using the process described in the the factory programming document.
