Cypress S79FL01GSxの24ball-FBGA((8mm x 6mm, ZSA024)、5x5 BGAボール配置のE4ボールにVersatile I/O(VIO) 電源はサポートされていません。

S70FL01GSの標準構成ではE4ボールはRFU(Reserved for Future Use、将来使用する可能性あり) です。

“Reserved for Future Use”(将来使用する可能性あり) と明記されている信号線は、現在、パッケージ内部に接続されていませんが

将来、その信号線をデバイスの拡張機能のために使用する可能性があります。
