SPI Flash MemoryはSPIバス動作モードのMode 0とMode 3をサポートします。

Mode 0とMode 3の主な相違点は、SPIバスがスタンバイでデータがSPI Flash Memoryに転送されていない時のCLK信号の通常の状態に関係します。

Mode 0の場合、CLK信号は正論理(“0” = “Low”) で、立ち上がりエッジ(CLK ”0” ⇒ “1”) でデータを取り込みます。

Mode 3の場合、CLK信号は負論理(“1” = “Low”) で、立ち上がりエッジ(CLK ”1” ⇒ “0”) でデータを取り込みます。
