1. For production line washing process usually ultrasonic washing process, our module can go through the washing followed by blow and baking, with Water ONLY, no chemicals should be used. We don't recommend the use of any chemicals in a production line washing process. Customer need to make sure that they do not submerge the board into water for a long period of time (must be < 8mins, ideally much less).
2. For a Manual washing process, either Alcohol or IPA (iso-propyl alcohol) can be used to clean the PCBA surface to remove the SMT residual.
