How do I get access to Tapex Creek CCG5 reference design files

indicates I should get the files from Intel's IBL website which I'm having trouble finding.  I already have registered with thunderbolt and have a developer account.

Hi,

I'm uncertain about how Intel website works but there should be a search bar somewhere and you can search our reference design name.
