I'm trying to import a code example.
Start Page -> Find Code Example -> select any example -> install
opens down loader window, then PSoC Creator terminates
documentation window never shows any documentation
Alternatively,
File -> New Project -> Target kit = CY8KIT-062-WiFi-Bt (PSoC 62) -> Code Example -> select any example -> install
PSoC Creator terminates. The project is created.
Sometimes there is an error in Acrobat, "Acrobat failed to connect to a DDE server"
I'm using PSoC Creator 4.3
Why is this happening?
Thanks.

Hi sama_4682226,
According to my understanding, you are able to open the Find Code Example window (as shown) but when you click on the globe icon to download the project the PSoC Creator crashes. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Where is the PSoC Creator installed? Are you using PSoC Creator from a server?
Are you using PSoC Creator behind a firewall or with a VPN connection?
Can you reproduce this issue with previous versions of PSoC Creator?
Thanks and Regards,

Correct. I click the globe and it crashes. I can also click the text, and it crashes.
Environment:
PSoC Creator 4.3 (4.3.0.1445)
Culture: English (United States)
OS Version: Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.18363.0
CLR Version: 4.0.30319.42000
Installed in default directory. No server, firewall, or VPN.
Version 4.2 has the same behavior.
I'm guessing might have something to do with acrobat, as the documentation tab never displays any content.
Thanks,
Sam

Hi sama_4682226,
I am unable to recreate the issue. The problem might be with PSoC Creator accessing the internet or with PSoC Creator accessing the Documents folder.
You have confirmed that there are no hindrances for the PSoC Creator from accessing the internet.
1. Can you please check if the Documents folder exists in your PC and that these folders are created - Documents\PSoC Creator\4.3\Examples
2. Also, are any other softwares like Visual Studio Code running in parallel with PSoC Creator?
3. Did you observe this issue recently or was it from the time of installation of PSoC Creator?
4. Can you please try out with PSoC Creator 4.0 and let me know if that works?
I'm guessing might have something to do with acrobat, as the documentation tab never displays any content.
5. Did you try reinstalling PSoC Creator, Acrobat?
I apologize for the long list of things to do. I am trying to find the root cause of the issue.
Thanks and Regards,
