V_REF の値は、PSoC4 SシリーズおよびPSoCアナログコプロセッサフ​​ァミリを除いたすべてのPSoC 4ファミリで、1.2Vに固定されています。

PSoC4 SシリーズおよびPSoCアナログコプロセッサフ​​ァミリの場合は、V_REF は0.6VからV_DDA – 0.6Vまで変化します。

回答:

有効な値の範囲は1.2VからV_DDA-0.6Vの間になります。

ここでのV_DDAは、DesignWide Resources (*.cydwr)のSystem editorで設定されたVDDAピンの入力電圧です。

デフォルトでは、基準電圧値(V_REF)はVDDAに依存します。

V_DDA < 2.6 V: V_REF = 1.2 V

2.6 V ≤ V_DDA < 3.2 V: V_REF = 1.4769 V

3.2 V ≤ V_DDA < 4.7 V: V_REF = 2.0211 V

V_DDA ≥ 4.7 V: V_REF = 2.7429 V
