Simple question.
I set correct register to put in deep sleep BCM20737S (i can check it with current consumption), but after 5s it awakes up.
I tried to modify value of register and put it in neverending wake up, but it always wakes up after 5s.
what is the correct procedure?

So you are trying to force the device to stay in Deep Sleep mode correct?
Are you using one of the approaches noted here How to enter HIDOFF? How to detect if the request is not honored? or here BCM20736S Sleep Example Firmware
Have you looked at the P0/Keyscan issue and disabling it?
