Question 2:

What is the difference between CY9AF344NAPMC and CY9AF344NBPMC and MB9AF344NAPMC and MB9AF344NBPMC???

Question 3:

Are the CY9AF344NAPMC and CY9AF344NBPMC and MB9AF344NAPMC and MB9AF344NBPMC compatible?

Question 1 :

What is the difference between CY9AF344NAPMC and CY9AF344NBPMC???.

>>The difference between the 2 datasheets are just the REVISION of the datasheet.

MB9AF344NAPMC - This is REV*A

MB9AF344NBPMC - This is REV*B

REV*B is the updated form of REV*A datasheet.

Question 2:

What is the difference between CY9AF344NAPMC and CY9AF344NBPMC and MB9AF344NAPMC and MB9AF344NBPMC???

>>CY and MB are the company names.

Earlier prefix “MB”  is now changed to “CY”

So both MB and CY are same.

There is no difference between all the datasheets except the REVISION VERSION

Latest revision version is REV*B

Question 3:

Are the CY9AF344NAPMC and CY9AF344NBPMC and MB9AF344NAPMC and MB9AF344NBPMC compatible?

The attached file is the datasheet of CY9AF344NBPMC.

On page 118, I can see the below.

The difference between CY9AF344NAPMC and CY9AF344NBPMC is due to Errata.

Pls, check for me again.

Yes the difference is in the errata i.e the errors or issues which were found in CY9AF344NAPMC datasheet has been revised/fixed in CY9AF344NBPMC datasheet.
