I want to use both - HyperRam ( S70KS1281DPBHI020 128Mb) and HyperFlash (S26KS512SDPBHI020 512Mb) on the same
HyperBus (using 2 different CSn lines).
Do you have any layout example?
I don't use Multi-Chip Package since it includes max RAM size of 64Mb..
Please advise,
Thanks,
Maor

The Layout guide (AN211622) doesn't mention a connection of two devices in parallel.
I assume that the hyperBus signals are sensative to stubs and special care need to taken when routing them to two seperate devices.

Hi,
There are no special considerations to connect a HyperFlash and a HyperRAM device on the same bus. We recommend you to,
- Comply with the AN211622 recommendations for both chip layout.
- Run simulations using the provided IBIS models for these two devices from Cypress. This will help avoid any issues with the impedance matching, signaling...
I have attached the IBIS model for the device for the device S70KS1281DPBHI020 with this response. You can download IBIS model for S26KS512SDPBHI020 from: https://www.cypress.com/ibis/s26ks512s-ibis?source=search&cat=software_tools
