I'm evaluating the CYRS1542AV18 device for my application but the power at max rate is too high. I'd like to evaluate whether at lower clock rates (perhaps even bypassing the DLL) I can bring the power draw low enough to use but the data sheet does not provide that information nor does Cypress appear to provide a separate memory power calculator that includes this information (I'm aware of the calculator posted on this forum but that simply interpolates between 2 power points on the data sheet BUT the datasheet for this part only specifies power draw at max rate so can't interpolate!). Help would be appreciated thanks!

Hi,

we will post shortly the freq vs. Power dependency. If you are looking for lower power please take a look at the

CYRS1642KV18 device. About 300% power savings over the 72M device.

I have attached the D/S here

https://www.cypress.com/documentation/datasheets/cyrs1642kv18cyrs1644kv18-144-mbit-qdr-ii-sram-two-w...

Let me know if yo uhave further question
