how to use SDIO on cyw54907 to transfer file

We are try to use SDIO port on cyw54907 to transfer the image file, but all the demos and apps on WICED don't show how to interact with SDIO. Is here anyone know if it's possible to use SDIO transmit to 54907 antenna and receive from 54907's antenna? If we can, how to get the relative .mk file? thx, you all are welcome to discuss.
