When a name is typed into the Device Name in the BLE configurator does this define both the GATT NAME and the ADVERTISING Name?
If not, how does one set both to the Device Name?
Thanks,
Dennis

Hi,
When you are setting Device name you are actually setting Local name in Advertisement packet and Scan response data packet. You can see the same in page 52-55 in BLE component datasheet.

Once peripheral and central are connected all the further transactions are operated using "connection handle" of that particular connection.
Could you please tell us what do you mean by GATT name?
Thanks
