CY9AF1A2NPMC-G-UNE2 PLL 配置

Hi Sir，

     My customer now have a program using CY9AF1A2NPMC-G-UNE2.The main osc is 8MHz .He want to get 16MHz using PLL . The recommended parameters K=1,N=2,M=1.But if the customer has configures K=1 , N=2,M=3, what's the worst thing will happen ?
