Hello,
I create a project to measure the frequency of a 500kHz-600kHz square wave per 100us as below. But the result is very unstable varying form 400kHz - 1000kHz.
Anyone has a simple and stable frequency measurement solution?

wiyu,
Is the frequency you are trying to measure stable? The reason I ask, is that you precondition your input with a divide-by-20 frequency divider. Any frequency fluctuations will be averaged across 20 input cycles.
If you share your project, I will try to reproduce your results.
