Could you explain the sentence page 9 of datasheet : "Maximum accumulated storage" for 85°C and 125°C?

How memory works for high temperature?

Hi,

Sorry for the delay in our response. Please see our comments below.

"Maximum accumulated storage time" is the duration for which you can store our device without applying power.

Example: For the device FM28V202A "Maximum accumulated storage time" spec are as below.

At 125 °C ambient temperature ................................. 1000 h

At 85 °C ambient temperature ................................ 10 Years

Let's assume that the device undergoes below sequence of conditions.

1. Stored at 85C for 1 year without power.

2. Applied power for 2 years (normal operation).

3. Store the device again at 85C without power. In this case, the device can be stored for another 9 years without any degradation.
