Hello
Q)
If CLKA3(14pin) is not used, please tell me pin proccessing of unused pin(CLKA3) as an "EMI" countrmeasure? Is CLKA3(14pin) open? Or is it necessary to add the capacitor? (Other port condition): CLKB1, CLKB2, CLKB3, and CLKB4 are not driven.
In addition, they found the following application note ,it is described that If EMI is a problem, mount a 5pF to 10pF capacitor during testing on page 6.

Hi Arai-san,
Typically, the unused output pins are left open.
If the EMI countermeasure for the output pin is desired, a capacitor could be attached.
This method will reduce EMI for higher frequency, but it will also increase the power consumption.
Best regards,
Shuping
