BLESS into deep sleep using ILO

Could BLE sub system get into deep sleep while using ILO. I have tried to change CLK_LF source from WCO to ILO but it didn't work, could anyone help how can I do this ?

If ILO is choosed as LFCLK source, bless can not enter Deep Sleep mode. See description in BLE component datasheet -

OK thank you for helping me. I need to decrease current consumption, Could I use PILO in stead of WCO as a source for CLK_LF for BLESS in deep sleep ?
