Hi,
Please refer to the following thread : Connect two FX3 back to back
The thread has a similar implementation where they use 2 FX3's in master-slave configuration.
You can go through these links and appnotes to better understand the process of communication:
https://www.cypress.com/documentation/application-notes/an87216-designing-gpif-ii-master-interface - master interface
https://www.cypress.com/documentation/application-notes/an65974-designing-ez-usb-fx3-slave-fifo-inte... - slave interface
Please download the .zip files. They will have the example firmwares and the GPIF state machines for both the examples.

Yashwant

Hi Yashwant,
Thank you for your support. the reason why I want to use the kit is to evalute FX3 chip feature to realize host to host communication by just one the chip. Two FX3s solution does not work for my purpose. CY3663 kit is the best but I know it is disconnected.
it would be very appriciated, if you have solutions for my purpose.
Best regards,

Hi,
Sorry but we currently don't have a product that can support your purpose. One FX3 chip can't be used for your purpose.
But, if you can go for 2 chip use, you have two options:
1.) If you want USB 3.0 functional speeds, you will have to use 2 FX3 chips like the one i explained above.
2.) If low speeds is okay, you can use the FX3 chip to communicate with the USB serial chip on board the SuperSpeed Explorer Kit and print the data over COM port on the other host.
These are the two possible use cases. Hope this helps.
