Hi,
I want to ask about the Max junction temperature for CY8C4247AZA-M485 and CY8C4247AZQ-M485.
In the datasheet available on cypress website, it only states the Max junction temperature for CY8C4247AZI-M485 of 100C but is this the same for the other two PSOCs mentioned above ?
Thank you,

okay, but that doesn't make sense, if you have a psoc rated at 105C, the temperature junction is expected to be higher.

Hi,
In the PSoC 4 4200M Datasheet, Document Number: 001-93963 Rev. *K
Page 16, following is written
So I have been thinking that the Tj (Junction Temperature) is 125℃
Would you teach me where you find the number "100" ?

Hi,
Oh, I found it in the page 34, in the "Package Characteristics".
I learned, thanks.
