Customer wants to know max height of total module thickness.

According to datasheet record，

[Total module thickness (bottom of module to highest component) Height (H) 1.95-mm typical]

What is the maximum height?

According to pg4 of the datasheet, you may compute the max height of the module as below:

0.5mm + 0.05mm + 1.45mm = 2.00mm

Do allow an air gap of 2mm below the ceiling of the product package.
