Has Cypress S25FL512SAGMFMG10 been evaluated for Cycled HTOL(Erase cycle + HTOL) and Cycled RTOL(Erase cycle + RTOL) as defined in AEC-Q100-005?

I looked at this report and contacted you.

From this report, it seems that the evaluation of Cycled(Endurance) HTOL and Cycling+LTOL(LTDR) defined in AEC-Q100-005 is not performed.

I understand that this is done by technology, not by product.

For example, have you performed an evaluation on behalf of S29GL-S?

FL512S:

Cycled HTOL : 85C Cycling + 125C HTOL 1kh, >77units x 3lots

Cycled LTDR : 25C Cycling + 25C DRB 1kh,  >77units x 3lots

GL512S:

c. 85C 100k cycles + 125C HTOL 1khrs, 3 lots / 231 Units / 0 Fails

d. 25C 100k cycles + 25C bake 1khrs, 3 lots / 231 Units / 0 Fails
