It seems that CYUSB3610 is not an industrial grade IC are there any industrial grade IC which does USB 3.0 to Ethernet controller.
In my application the processor supports USB 3.0 so I've initially planned with LAN7800 as it is USB 3.1 to Ethernet controller Is it okay to use USB 3.1 to Ethernet where my processor supports only USB 3.0.
Thanks.

Hello,
Cypress does not have an industrial-grade part number for -40C to 70C.
Actually, USB 3.0 later renamed to USB 3.1 Gen 1 (5 Gbps) and also 10 Gbps is named as USB 3.1 Gen 2.
It seems in your case, both processor and Ethernet Controller support 5 Gbps (USB 3.0 and USB 3.1 Gen 1 respectively).
Hence, there is no issue.
