Hi,

We have used many Cypress USB Peripheral Controller chips (both USB2 & USB3) in our products in the past. We are planning to design a new device based on a USB3 Gen2 peripheral controller. I see that Cypress is designing a USB3 Gen2 chip (FX3Gen2), so we are interested to know when this chip will be available?

The next generation chip, FX3PD is still in planning phase and the schedule is TBD. Please contact Cypress Marketing/Sales representative for any queries related to FX3PD.
