P.S. Attached is my first translation of this KBA, but there are some points I'd like to mention

(1) As I am not a MicroSoft Word expert, I could not fully copy the format of original document,

   for example the bullets before each titles.

(2) The description about "Technical Support" may not be compatible with current situation.

We may need introduce CDC and only for NDA type question, my case should be utilized,

if I understand correctly. But in the translation I did not modify the contents.

(3) There may be some (or many) documents already translated in Japanese,

but I just copied the links of original English Resource URLs.
