Hi Saurav,
Are you using any custom board or a Cypress Development kit. Please mention.
Can you try programming any Cypress Code example provided with PSoC Creator and then share your observation.
Please check that if you have latest version of PSoC Programer 3.28.4 from this link:
https://www.cypress.com/products/psoc-programming-solutions
You can try programming using 5 pin-SWD (swdio, swdclk, XRES, gnd, VTarg) using Miniprog3, then choose 5 pin connector option in PSoC Programmer to program.
Thanks,
Ankita

Hi Ankita,
Thank you for your reply.
I am using CY8C3245LTI-163 PSOC 3 device on my card. And I have generated hex file and programing the same.
I am able to program that .hex file with the help of JTAG but when I am selecting SWD mode, showing the device is not acquired. Pin connection is fine.
Regards,
Saurav

Hi Saurav,
Please share the schematic of your custom board.
If you can't share the schematic, then please cross check it verifies all the guidelines given in PSoC5LP/PSoC3 Hardware Design Guide available at the following link:
Please try programming a Code example available in Creator and share your experience.
Thanks,
Ankita

Hi Ankita,
Everything is the same as mentioned in the document.
Does it matter either it is my code or code example?
Because JTAg is working fine but getting an error in SWD mode.

Hi Saurav,
SWDCLK must be no more than 1/3 CPU clock frequency used in a project.
Please find the MiniProg3 10 pin connection details for JTAG and SWD:
Can you mention which Windows OS version are you using?
Thanks,
Ankita
