I want to utilize the CYPD3125-40LQXIT into my design, but I was wondering if it came prebootloaded with its firmware or do I have to bootload it. If so, how would I go about doing that? Thanks

The CYPD3125 comes with the I2C bootloader.  You can write to it using a Cypress USB to Serial device.  I believe the MiniProg4 can do it.

An alternative approach is to use the MiniProg4 to program the chip using the SWD interface.  This will allow you to write different bootloaders.
