Any way to update code in PSOC4 on customer site without miniprog3?

Hello,

     Sometime we need to update the code in our hardware which has been in customer hand, and those customer do not have any programming tool like miniprog3, so is there any way to program psoc4 throught common UART serial port?

     As I know, STM32 MCU support downloading code through UART port.
