Hi,
Customers are using S29GL064S80TFIV10.
After issuing the CFI Query command to read the CFI region, issue the CFI Exit command to return to normal.
*CFI Exit command = Write 0xF0.
Q.
What is the maximum time (ns) for returning from the query mode to the normal state?
--- Question background ---
After issuing the CFI Exit command, reading outside the CFI area will lead to a value different from the expected value.
Therefore, I want to check the time between issuing the CFI Exit command and returning to normal state.

Hi Harukawa-san,
You will only need to match the timings as per the datasheet in figures 28 and 29 respectively.
When you write the exit command the internally there is a reset done. The reset command does not take much time. The reset command just clear status (if error occured ) or exit CFI (or other ASO) and it is done immediately. Therefore you don't need any additional delay after reset command if you meet the timings in Figure 28 or 29.
Thanks,
Pradipta.
